Obituary for Miles H. Price
Troy Free Press (Troy, Lincoln Co., Mo.) Fri. morn., 7 Aug. 1896, p. 7, col. 4

"DIED -- On Thursday, July 30, 1896, Miles PRICE, after a lingering illness of several years. Deceased was 80 years old and left a wife, seven children and several grandchildlren to mourn his loss. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. F. M. BIRKHEAD Friday morning, after which the remains were interred in the New Salem cemetery."

Contributor's Notes:  Miles Hart PRICE was the husband of Letitia Ann (HILTON) PRICE, who was a sister to Lee Ellen (HILTON) DORSEY.  He married Letitia Ann HILTON on 13 Nov. 1838 in Hardin Co. KY.   Their children were:  Asa B., Lucy, Delia, Robert Tilford, Elvira M., William, Rosaline B., Mary L., Theodocia, Lee D., and Birdie.
