In the name of God Amen.

I May Etta DOWNING being over the age of Eighteen years, and of sound mind
do make this my last will and Testament. To Wit
First I will that my dear sister Cora LILLEY shall have my bed Room set
consisting of Bed Stead and dressing case. Second, I will that my dear
mother Fannie LILLEY shall have my cooking stove and utensils Bed and Carpet
and my glass castor and knives and forks.
Third, I will that my Dear husband Thomas L DOWNING have my couch, chairs,
safe and dishes.

Fourth, after my do .... bills and other expenses are paid out of my portion
of the undivided estate of my grandfather William LILLEY, Deceased I will
that the remainder of my portion be divided equally between my dear husband
T.L. DOWNING and my dear mother Mrs. Fannie LILLEY and if my mother shall
die before my husband, I will that my husband have the whole protion [sic], and if
my husband shall die before my mother , I will that my mother shall have the
whole portion, that is the part named in the fourth clause of this my will.

Fifth, I will that my dear brother William Edward LILLEY have five pieces of
my bed clothes, and my teaspoons. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this seventh day of February 1893.
