Obituary for Ann (Angeline) Teasley (1850-1940)

Our community was saddened last Friday at the news of the death of Mrs. Ann ( Angeline ) TEASLEY, who died after several weeks illness, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wray WATSON of Granite City, Illinois.

Mrs. TEASLEY leaves besides her daughter, one son, Alton BARNES, one grandson, Marvin BARNES of Granite City, Illinois; two brothers, Jonah M. and H. B. (Dump) RANEY also of that city; two sisters, Misses Alice and Belle RANEY also of Briscoe, Missouri, also many nieces and nephews, also a host of friends.

Funeral services were held at the Old Alexandria Methodist Church, Sunday afternoon and burial was in the cemetery adjoining.

Six of her nephews, Clem, Alga, Hubert and Bonnie RANEY, Jake TEASLEY and Walter RANEY acted as her pallbearers .
