Funeral services for Mrs. Esther Olive SIEVERT will be held at 10 o’clock Saturday morning, November 20, from the First Baptist Church of Troy. The pastor, Rev. Bill Combs will be the minister in charge. Interment will be in the Troy City Cemetery.

Mrs. SIEVERT, a life-long resident of Troy, passed away Tuesday evening, November 16, 1982 at the Medicalodge in Troy at the age of 82 years.

She was born in Troy April 29, 1900, the daughter of Robert L. and Annie RINAMAN BROWN. On June 2, 1926, she was married to Edward SIEVERT, he preceded her in death. Mrs. SIEVERT is survived by two sisters, Miss Edna BROWN of St. Louis and Mrs. Lawrence (Ruth) KASER of El Centro, California; one brother, Robert J. BROWN of O’Fallon, Ill.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Mrs. SIEVERT was a member of the First Baptist Church of Troy, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was also a member of the church WUM and of the Golden Circle Sunday School Class. She was a member of the Builders Federated Club of Troy.

Visitation continues at the Kemper Marsh Funeral Home in Troy.
