Services for Sarah Jane Quade, 16, of Silex were held

Sunday, April 14, at the Silex Presbyterian Church.

Rev. Eric Keller officiated with intermentin the Auburn

Cemetery.

 

Miss Quade was pronounced dead early Friday morning

after an automobile accident.

 

She was born Dec 15, 1968, in Jacksonville, Ark., to Lloy

and Mary Jane Miller Quade of Silex, how survive.

 

Other survivors include two sister, Hanna Quade and

Emma Quade, both of the home; grandparents, Mrs. Velma

Quade and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Miller, all of Silex.

 

Miss Quade was a member of the Silex Presbyterian Church,

was active in the Presbyterian Youth Group.  She was a

student at Silex high School, a member of the High School

Student Council, FHA, Silex Yearbook Staff, girls softball

team, 4-H and was on the honor roll.

 

Memorials may be made to the Silex Presbyterian Church

or the Student Council Scholarship Fund.  Pallbearers were

Jim Lingua, Charles Privett, Bill Lingua, Terry Fuerst,

Ed Skelly and David Quigley.

 

Arrangements were by the Mudd Funeral Home of Silex.
