Obituary for Anna Lena Schroeder Pollman (1894-1976)

            Mrs. Anna Lena POLLMAN of Troy, passed away in the Lincoln County Memorial Hospital in Troy Sunday afternoon, May 23, 1976.  She was 82 years of age.

            Funeral services were conducted by her pastor, the Rev. Dwight Borden, May 26, from the Friedens United Church of Christ, Moscow Mills, Mo.  Mrs. Wencker Meyer was the organist and Lester Schloemann was the vocalist.

            Burial was in the Zoar Cemetery, near Wright City.  Casket bearers were Marvin BUENEMAN, Ernie BUENEMAN, Clif ADELHARDT, Dennis MORSE, Howard SIEVERT, and Ora BUENEMAN.

            Mrs. POLLMAN was born near Troy, Mo., March 24, 1894, the daughter of Charles A. and Julia WEISZBROD SCHROEDER.  On February 1, 1920 she was married to Jesse Henry POLLMAN.  Mr. POLLMAN passed away on May 7 of this year.  One daughter, Julia Irene, died in infancy.  She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, William BUENEMAN; 4 sisters and two brothers.  She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Annline BUENEMAN; two grandchildren; David and Debbie BUENEMAN; one brother, Dr. John SCHROEDER, all of Troy; 3 nieces and 4 nephews, other relatives and many friends.

            Mrs. POLLMAN was a member of the Friedens United Church of Christ, Moscow Mills, and of the Church Guild.

            Arrangements were through the Kemper Marsh Funeral Home.
