Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Lee MORSE of Moscow Mills, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 9, 1988 from the Friedens United Church of Christ, Moscow Mills. The pastor, the Rev. Dr. John Riggs, conducted the service and Mrs. W.L. Meyer was the organist.

Interment was in the Friedens Cemetery, Moscow Mills. Casket bearers were Cliff ADELHART, Ronald TWELLMAN, Dean TWELLMAN, Jim FINGER, Bernard MENNE and Mike MORSE.

Mrs. MORSE passed away Friday afternoon, May 6, 1988 in the Missouri Baptist Hospital, Wentzville, Mo. at the age of 84 years.

She was born in Lincoln County, Mo., January 1, 1904, the daughter of Hermann and Mamie MYER TWELLMAN. She was married to Dewey MORSE January 26, 1936, and Mr. MORSE survives. She is also survived by two sons, Dennis MORSE of Moscow Mills, and Roy Lee MORSE of Fulton, Mo., six grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Mrs. MORSE was a member of the Friedens United Church of Christ, Moscow Mills, the Women’s Fellowship of her church and of the Moscow Mills Senior Citizens Club.

Visitation was at the Kemper-Marsh Funeral Home in Troy.

Memorials are being made to the Memorial Fund, Friedens United Church of Christ.
