Funeral services for Mr. Miller were at 10 a.m.

Friday at Kirks Funeral Chapel in Bowling Green.

The Rev. Mike Bronson officiated.  A military

service by VFW Post 5553 and burial was at

New Hartford-Keith Cemetery.

 

Mr. Miller was born March 19, 1920, in Corso in

Lincoln County, to John and Hazel M. Parks Miller. 

He was married to Donis Parsons Nov. 2, 1946. 

She survives.

 

Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Irvine

(Diane) Fuerst of New Hartford; one grandson,

Terry Fuerst of New Hartford; and three brothers,

Edward Miller of Silex, Harold Miller of Battle

Creek, Mich., and Richard Miller of Woodridge, Va.

 

He was preceded in death by one son, Dwaine Miller,

a granddaughter, Shelly Fuerst; and three brothers,

Ira Miller, Herman Miller and Robert Miller.

 

Mr. Miller was a veteran of World War II.  He was

engaged in farming.

 

Memorials may be made to the New Hartford-Keith Cemetery.

 

Pallbearers were Sammy Harrelson, Mark Franz,

Walter Northcutt, Bradley Lucas, Kenneth Franze

and Tom Craig.
