Earl Franklin JONES was born in Moscow Mills, Mo. on July 3, 1903. His parents were Jack and Fannie WILSON JONES.

He passed away Saturday night, Sept. 1, 1973 at his home in Moscow Mills, Mo., sitting in his favorite chair, at the age of 70 years and 59 days.

He married Myrtle BORGELT on December 30, 1922 and to this union one daughter, Earleign (Mrs. Robert RINKE) of Ferguson, was born.

Preceding him in death were his parents, 2 brothers, one in infancy, and Jessie Ray JONES, and one sister, Bernice RICKS.

Surviving are his wife, Myrtle; his daughter, Earleign, and his son-in-law, Robert; one sister, Francis JONES of St. Louis; one brother, James JONES of Moscow Mills; his father-in-law, John BORGELT; brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held from the McCoy-Paul Funeral Home, Troy, Missouri September 4, 1973 the Rev. Lester Zacher officiating. Burial was in the Troy City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Arlie WEGENER, James ANDERSON, Rossell EAHUM, Kenneth LaRUE, C.O. ANDERSON, and George DAVIS.
