Joseph R. HUNN, carpenter living on Country Club lane, died at 2:35 a.m. today at St. Joseph Hospital at the age of 73. He had been admitted to undergo surgery this morning.

A native of this county, Mr. HUNN lived many years on a farm at Florrisant. He moved here eight years ago.

Surviving are his widow, the former Olivia ZERR, one son, Wilbur J. HUNN of Florissant, one daughter, Mrs. Madalin (Ralph) HAAKE of Country Club lane, three brothers, Hippolite of St. Charles; Walter of O’Fallon and Oscar of Phoenix, Ariz., and two sisters, Mrs. Clara WIECHENS of St. Charles and Mrs. Felicita WYATT of St. Louis.

The body is in state at Prinster-Hughes funeral home. A requiem mass will be offered Friday at 9 a.m. at Borromeo Catholic Church, following by interment in the church cemetery.
