            Mrs. Nellie K. HUMPHREY passed away unexpectedly at her home near Moscow Mills, on Friday, Feb. 25, 1972.  She was the daughter of Barrett L. and Katherine GILL WILSON, and was born at Moscow Mills on June 13, 1907.   She was 64 years, 8 months and 12 days of age.

            She was united in marriage to Raymond N. HUMPHREY in December 1929, and they were parents of two children.

            Mrs. HUMPHREY was a member of Moscow Mills Methodist Church, the Womens Society of Christian Service and the Owen-Olive Extension Club.

            She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Rita BOOTH and husband, Jack, of Denver, Colo.; one son, Donald Dean HUMPHREY and wife, Jane, of St. Louis; six grandchildren; two brothers, Bob WILSON of Troy and Harry WILSON, of Kansas City, Mo.; one aunt, Mrs. Minnie TEASLEY of Portland, Oregon; other relatives and a host of friends.

            Funeral services were held on Monday, Feb. 28, 1972, at the Moscow Mills Methodist Church.
