JOS. W. HEADY

We are again called on to chronicle the death of an old neighbor and friend, Joseph Waddie HEADY, who departed this life at his late residence in Troy last Saturday October 9, 1912, at the age of about 49 years. Mr. HEADY had just recently moved to Troy from his farm near Sugar Grove where he and his family had resided for many years; in fact Mr. HEADY was a native of Clark Township and spent his entire life there with the exception of the short time he lived in Troy. He had been under the doctor's care for several years, but up to a week before his death was able to be up and around among his friends. He was a good citizen, honest and upright to the letter, and we can truly say with one accord, a good man has gone to his reward. Besides his wife he leaves four daughters, one son, a brother and a sister to mourn his untimely demise. The funeral which was one of the largest held in Troy took place Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home, conducted by Rev. Charles Lynch. The remains were interred in the city cmetery. Our sympathy is extended the bereft family. -J B.BROWN
