Mrs. Sarah Martha Finley, widow of  the late Cyrus Finley died at the family home, one mile north of Auburn, Sunday morning about 11 o’clock, after a long period of declining health. She is survived by two daughters, Miss Hazel Finley, of the home, and Mrs. L. V. Long, of Troy. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday afternoon by Rev. J. R. Benika, of Troy, assisted by Rev. Charles E. Edwards, of Elsberry, and interment was in Reid cemetery, near Okete. Among those from this vicinity who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs W. E. Gladney, Mrs D. I. VanMatre and son, O. H., Mrs. Roy Barnes, Mrs. A. L. Watts, J S. Alexander, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Long and Mr. and Mrs. Dee Morry Long.
