WILLIAM DAMRON

PARIS—Services for William Reneau Damron, 83, of Holliday, will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Eolia United Methodist Church. The Rev. Everett Hendricks will be in charge assisted by the Rev. Sammy Lorton. Burial will be in the Eolia Methodist Cemetery.

Mr. Damron died noon Tuesday in a Mexico medical center.

He was born July 29, 1893, in Missouri, to Edward and Rosalee Brisco Damron. He was married to Bessie Day, who survives.

Surviving also is one brother; Edward Damron, of Saverly, Ill.; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today at the Agnew Funeral Home in Paris.


Contributor’s note: The death year is not stated in the obituary, but he died November 9, 1976. His mother’s maiden name should also be spelled Briscoe.
