Services for Harold Milton (Chub) CREECH, a native of Clarksville were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Methodist Church in Clarksville. The Rev. Perry Stonebraker officiated with musical selections by Mrs. Stonebraker. Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery, Clarksville. Pallbearers were Ralph Crank Sr., Robert Meloan, Robert O'Shea, Louis Kent, Dick Herring and Glenn Schoonover.

Mr. CREECH, 68, died Saturday Jan. 19, at Pike County Memorial Hospital.

A retired insurance representative, he was born Mar. 20, 1905 in Clarksville, the son of the late Nellie Lee PANNELL. He graduated from Clarksville High School and had represented the Metropolitan Insurance Company, in the Clarksville-Elsberry area until his retirement several years ago. He was married to Mildred STEELE of Clarksville, Nov. 26, 1929, who survives . He was a member of the Clarksville Methodist Church, was a WW II veteran, member of the American Legion Post and the Clarksvlle IOOF Lodge.

Survivors other than his wife are one sister, Mrs. Leo ( Claudine ) FROSCH and aunt, Mrs. Lillie CREECH both of Bowlng Green; several nephews including Malcolm WINDMILLER of Louisiana; nieces; and a cousin, Mrs. Sybil NORTON of Florissant.

Visitations were made at the Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry.
