SERVICES HELD FOR FLORA W. CREECH

Funeral Services for Flora W. CREECH of Troy, were held Monday, September 3, 1979 from the First Christian Church of Troy, the Rev. Kendale Finley officiating. Interment was in the Troy City Cemetery.

Mrs. CREECH passed away at the Lincoln County Memorial Hospital, Saturday, September 1 after a lengthy illness, at the age of 79 years and 6 months.

She was born at Jonesburg, Mo., the daughter of John and Ann WOLHER WITTE. She was married to William H. CREECH, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by one son, William H. "Bud" CREECH Jr., three daughters: Mrs Sam ( Joan) COX of Ballwin, Mo.; Mrs. David ( Doris) MILES of Blythville, Ark . and Mrs. Donald GIBSON of Troy; two brothers: William WITTE, of Troy and John WITTE of St. Charles; ten grandchildren; four great- grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews and many friends.

Mrs. CREECH was a devoted member of the First Christian as long as her health permitted. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends who knew her and loved her. Funeral arrangements were through McCoy-Paul Funeral Home in Troy.
