Frances M. COLE, who went to Texas in February, 1890, died suddenly Dec. 2 of neuralgia of the heart while visiting his son out on the plains. He was born in Butler county, Ky., July 2, 1846, and came to this county in 1861. He married Miss Cordelia BAYLESS, Oct. 19, 1871, and she and seven of their children survive him. He also has two brothers, Chesley and Thomas, residing in this county. Mr. COLE was a consistent member of the Methodist church, having joined while very young, and had the respect of all who knew him. At the time he was stricken he had but time to tell his son good-by and ask God to receive his spirit.
