Obituary for Harry Bergermier   (1900-1978)

            Harry BERGERMIER of Moscow Mills, Mo. passed away in the Lincoln County Memorial Hospital, Troy, Mo. late Tuesday night, Oct. 17, 1978.  He was 78 years of age.

            Funeral services for Mr. BERGERMIER will be conducted by his step-son, Rev. Elton HARRIS, from the Bethel Church, Moscow Mills, this Friday at 2 p.m.

            Burial will be in the Old Alexander Cemetery, near Troy.

            Mr. BERGERMIER was born at Old Monroe, Mo. August 19, 1900 the son of Johan and Mary Alice CHANDLER BERGERMIER.  He was first married to Miss Jane Ann CREECH, who passed away Dec. 11, 1970.  On Nov. 15, 1975, he was married to the former Bessie NABORS, and she survives.  He is also survived by three daughters: Mrs. John (Helen Deloris) WAGNER of St. Charles, Mrs. Norma Lee POLLARD of O’Fallon, and  Mrs. Bill (Dorothy Jane) DOLLARD of St. Charles; fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Lillie FREINER of St. Louis and Mrs. Joe (Carrie) KOENIGHMARD of St. Louis; seven step-children: Mrs. Hershel (Louise) ROBIN of Harvester, Mo., Mrs. Elvin (Juanita) NICHOLS of the state of Louisiana, Leonard HARRIS, of the state of Mississippi, Mrs. Ruby CLARK of Harvester, Mrs. Dale (Etoile) BOSTON, Harvester, Mrs. Opal OWENS of the state of Mississippi, and the Rev. Elton HARRIS of Winfield; a number of step-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

            Mr. BERGERMIER was of the Pentecostal faith.  He was a retired maintenance man with the Lincoln County Highway Department.

            Arrangements were through the Kemper Marsh Funeral Home in Troy.
