Mrs. Donna ADELHARDT passed away unexpectedly at her home at Moscow Mills Saturday evening, June 9, 1979. She was 32 years of age.

Funeral services for Mrs. ADELHARDT were held at 10 o’clock Tuesday morning, June 12, from the Friedens United Church of Christ, Moscow Mills. The church pastor, the Rev. Leona Abbott, was in charge of the services, and Mrs. W.L. Meyer was the organist. Burial was in the Friedens Cemetery, Moscow Mills.

Mrs. ADELHARDT was born in Keokuk, Iowa, August 5, 1946, the daughter of John A. and Marie C. KETHA HAAGE. On April 21, 1973, she was married to George Clifton ADELHARDT. They became the parents of one daughter, Jeanette. Both her husband and daughter survive.

She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Marie HAAGE of Keokuk, one sister, Mrs. Ralph (Sharon) LORENTZEN of Keokuk; several aunts and uncles; one niece; one nephew; other relatives; and innumerable friends.

Mrs. ADELHARDT was an active member of the Friedens United Church of Christ at Moscow Mills. She was a member of the choir, a teacher of the intermediates in Sunday School, a member of the adult youth group, and a member of the Vacation Bible School Staff. She was also a member of the Carillon Music Club.

Mrs. ADELHARDT came to Lincoln County in 1970 and was employed in the Hawk Point School where she taught for four years.

Arrangements were through the Kemper Marsh Funeral Home of Troy.
