      vs                }Divorce October 30,1880
Anna FLANNAGAN
  Now here come the plaintiff by his attorney and the defendant
although legally served with summons in this cause issued more than
fifteen days before the first day of this term of court come not but
make default. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the court
that Plaintiff have judgement against defendant by default unless the
said defendant appear at the next term of this court which will be begun
and held at the courthouse in Troy, Mo. on the first Monday after the
fourth Monday in March next, this adjudgement will be made final upon
proof of the allegations of Plffs Petition and this cause is continued.

[Transcriber's comment:  They must have divorced, because Bernard Patrick FLANNAGAN married my
Great Great Aunt Lydia Francis PIERCE on January 10,1884 in Lincoln
County, MO.]
