He married Mary Ellen WILSON Dec. 14, 1865. One son, E.M. JENNINGS of Troy, remains of this union. Death claiming his wife, he was then married to Bettie B. CUNNINGHAM Nov. 12 1875. Five children were born of this union, G. G. JENNINGS, of Hartshorne, Okla., Mrs. Nat MILLER of near Moscow Mills, Charles and Grover of St. Louis and George R., of Moscow vicinity.

Mr. JENNINGS was one of the good men of his day and community. He was a useful citizen, a kind husband and father. The funeral services were held in the home Tuesday, Sept. 3, 1918, conducted by the writer. A large company of neighbors and relatives attended. The burial was in the MILLER graveyard. May he rest in peace.
