Girl seated on the banister is my grandmother, Jessie Buchanan nee RUSSELL HUTT d/o of Lillie COTTLE & Wm. R. RUSSELL. Jessie's mother died when she was quite small and the Cottles raised her. Lady sitting on the step is Cousin Lucy COTTLE. Grandmother told me the location of this home .. was on Cap-au-Gris St. in Troy a couple houses from where I lived at the time 1965 .( j.g.)
