Wallace Washington DAWKINS (son of George Washington DAWKINS and Angeline DORSEY) was born 14 Aug. 1871, Lincoln Co., MO, and died 18 Oct. 1939, Ford Co., KS.  He married Eliza Sophronia YATES (daughter of James Haddock YATES and Emeline STRAUBE) 2 Feb. 1896 in Lincoln Co., MO.  She was born 30 Aug. 1872, Montgomery Co., MO, and died 23 Aug. 1949, Ford Co., KS.  Both are buried in Bucklin Cemetery, Ford Co., KS. 

They were parents of:  William Jennings Bryan DAWKINS, Hester (DAWKINS) HOLLOPETER, Hazel Dollie (DAWKINS) CULVER, Edith Angeline (DAWKINS) BUCK, Eugene Wallace DAWKINS, and Walter James DAWKINS.
